IS43是以丙烯酸树脂及氯化增塑剂为基料配制而成。属物理干燥型涂料。具有保色性佳、耐水洗和混凝土表面的碱度等特点，对施工温度没有要求。对钢表面也有很好的防护装饰效果。
Construction all-weather hi-build paint IS43 is based on acrylic resin and chlorinated plasticizer. Physically drying, it has good color retention, excellent resistance to water and alkalinity on the concrete surface. Applied at ambient temperature. It also provides good protective decoration for the steel surface. |

表面处理:
Surface preparation: |
混凝土：涂布油漆前必须保证墙面无油脂及其它松散物质，灰尘多的墙面，得先用淡水冲洗干净，并等其充分干燥。新混凝土要完全固化、干燥以后才能涂布油漆。一般的硅酸盐混凝土完全固化要28天。干燥的标准是表面含湿量小于4%。为保持干燥，混凝土结构还须隔离地下水，避免毛细管作用润湿表面。

Oil, grease and other loose materials must be removed from the concrete surface. For wall covered with lots of dust, thoroughly hose down the surface with fresh water and allow to drying completely. New concrete must be fully cured and dry prior to coating. Commonly, 28 days are necessary for curing and drying of silicate concrete. The standard for drying is water content less than 4%. In order to keep drying, concrete structure should keep away from underground water to avoid moisten the surface by capillarity. |

混凝土特别是在污染物严重的混凝土表面，建议先涂环氧封闭漆IF30。
For structural steel, epoxy zinc-rich primer IP31 are recommended, or as per specification.
For severely contaminated concrete surface, epoxy sealer IF30 is used. |

可根据使用目的及部位改变漆膜厚度，但随之涂布率、重涂间隔和干燥时间也会相应改变。 本品无重涂间隔。如重涂前施工表面受过污染，则须用高压淡水冲净表面, 任其自干后进行重涂。 |

May be specified in another film thickness than indicated, but this will alter spreading rate, recoat interval and drying time. No maximum recoat interval. If surface has been contaminated before recoating, thoroughly clean the surface by high pressure fresh water hosing and allow to drying prior to final coating. |

All work involving the application and use of this product should be performed in compliance with all relevant national Health, Safety and Environmental standards and regulations.
Prior to use, obtain, consult and follow the Material Safety Data Sheet for this product concerning health safety information.
Read and follow all precautionary notices on the Material Safety Data Sheet container labels. If you do not fully understand these warnings and instructions or if you cannot strictly comply with them, do not use this product. Proper ventilation measures must be provided during application and drying to keep solvent vapor concentrations within safe limits and to protect against toxic or oxygen deficient hazards. Take precautions to avoid skin and eye contact (i.e. Gloves, goggles, face masks, barrier creams etc.)
