表面处理:

新钢材：喷砂至少达到Sa.2级标准。若需要可涂覆适当的车间底漆临时保护钢材面。应将贮存与加工期间受损的车间底漆和受污染部位清洗干净，再用醇酸磷酸锌底漆IP53修补。
维修：用适宜的清洁剂去除油迹、滑脂等污物。用（高压）淡水清除盐份和其它污物。用喷砂或动力工具清除所有锈迹和松散漆膜。扫除残留物。补上完整的漆膜，使其达到原有的漆膜厚度。 |

New steel: abrasive blasting to minimum Sa2. For temporary protection if required, use suitable shopprimer. All damage of shopprimer and contamination from storage and fabrication should be thoroughly cleaned prior to final painting. For repair and touch-up use alkyd zinc phosphate primer IP53
Maintenance: remove oil and grease, etc. with suitable cleaner. Remove salt and other contaminants by high pressure fresh water cleaning. Remove all rust and loose material by abrasive blasting or power tool cleaning, dust off residues. Touch up to full film thickness. |

May be specified in another film thickness than indicated depending on purpose and area of use. This will alter spreading rate, drying time and recoat interval. Normal range for dry film is 30-50 micron. |

涂在内表面无重涂间隔。外表面的重涂间隔与漆膜在使用期间受重露、大温差、海水喷溅及磨损的程度有关.（以40微米干膜厚度，钢板温度20℃计。）如超过重涂间隔，须磨粗表面以确保漆层间的附着力。如果施工表面在重涂之前曾暴露于污染环境，则必须用(高压)淡水彻底清洗表面，并任其自干。
No maximum recoat interval on interior surfaces. Maximum recoat interval refers to exterior surface exposed to heavy condensation., great variations in temperature, splash and abrasion during service life of the coating system. ( 40 micron dry film thickness, 20℃) If maximum recoat interval is exceeded, roughening of the surface is necessary to ensure intercoat adhesion. Before recoating thoroughly clean the surface exposed in contaminated environment by high pressure fresh water and allow to dry. |

All work involving the application and use of this product should be performed in compliance with all relevant national Health, Safety and Environmental standards and regulations.
Prior to use, obtain, consult and follow the Material Safety Data Sheet for this product concerning health safety information.
Read and follow all precautionary notices on the Material Safety Data Sheet container labels. If you do not fully understand these warnings and instructions or if you cannot strictly comply with them, do not use this product. Proper ventilation measures must be provided during application and drying to keep solvent vapor concentrations within safe limits and to protect against toxic or oxygen deficient hazards. Take precautions to avoid skin and eye contact (i.e. Gloves, goggles, face masks, barrier creams etc.)
